I believe there is a cobbler for every season, and this fall, we welcome the cranberry cobbler! I was so excited to see gigantic bags of fresh cranberries at Costco this week. I have been busy trying to come up with ways to incorporate them into my menu, and one way is to use my trusty cobbler recipe!  It takes minutes to prepare and is virtually fool proof. I hope you will try it!

Cranberry cobbler by BakeBellissima.comThe crust rises over the cranberries and forms a delicious buttery crust. Enjoy this delicious fruit while it is still in season! More cranberry recipes to come.
