Gluten free rosemary crackers

These low carb rosemary and parmesan crackers are so easy to make, it takes only minutes to put these together and you have yourself a healthy and delicious homemade cracker! This recipe can be personalized to your taste. Not a fan of rosemary? No problem, replace with basil or thyme! You can also replace some of the cheese with caramelized onions for a change of flavor. And they are completely low carb and good for you. Almonds are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals making these crackers a good idea!



Low carb rosemary and parmesan crackers
Low carb rosemary crackers. Makes about 25 crackers.
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor with the blade attachment and process until dough comes together, about 3 minutes.
  3. Place dough in between 2 sheets of parchment and roll out with a rolling pin.
  4. Using a round cookie cutter, shape crackers and move to a baking sheet covered in parchment with the help of an offset spatula.
  5. Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until edges start to turn golden.
  6. Place on a cooling rack.
